Welcome to the Instorier Affiliate Program! These terms outline the agreement between you (“Affiliate”, “you”) and Instorier AS (“Instorier”, “we”, “us”). By applying to or participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
To join, you must complete our affiliate application and be approved by our team. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Commission Rate: Affiliates approved will earn 30% recurring commission on referred users’ subscription payments for their first 12 months.
There are higher tiers if you reach top-performer status.
Commissions are calculated based on net revenue (after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes).
Payouts are issued NET60 via PromoteKit.
Active Affiliate Requirement: To remain eligible for the 30% commission rate during your 12-month bonus period, you must remain an active affiliate. An active affiliate is defined as generating at least one new referred customer every 90 days. If you become inactive, your commission rate for new customers can be adjusted to a lower program rate, while commissions from previously referred customers will continue at the rate in effect when they subscribed.
Note: Instorier reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, plans, and discounting at any time. Commission earnings will reflect actual paid subscription amounts.
We use PromoteKit to manage our affiliate platform.
All clicks, referrals, and earnings are tracked through PromoteKit.
By joining, you agree to PromoteKit’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Represent Instorier in a truthful, ethical, and professional manner.
Avoid false claims, deceptive marketing, or misrepresenting our features, pricing, or benefits.
Clearly disclose affiliate links in compliance with FTC guidelines.
Not run paid search ads targeting branded keywords like “Instorier” or impersonate Instorier staff or accounts.
Prohibited activity includes:
Self-referrals (signing up through your own link)
Fake traffic, bots, or incentivized clicks
Spam, misleading funnels, or unauthorized giveaways
Any violation of these guidelines may result in forfeiture of commissions and immediate removal from the program.
By joining the program, you consent to being added to our affiliate mailing list. We use this list to share important updates, new promotional assets, launch news, and payout information.
You may unsubscribe at any time, but doing so may impact your ability to receive assets and updates.
Affiliates are encouraged to use our official logos, screenshots, and messaging available in our Affiliate Asset Library. You may not edit, distort, or misuse the Instorier brand or falsely present yourself as an Instorier employee or representative.
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time if:
You violate these terms
You use fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical promotion
You are inactive for 6 months or more
In the event of termination, eligible commissions will be paid out in the next scheduled payout cycle. All promotional assets and affiliate links must be removed immediately.
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be handled under Norwegian jurisdiction.
